Carl Stahl Technocables GmbH received an award after participating in the ECOfit project for one year. The ECOfit project is part of the district's climate protection initiatives.

As part of the project, the companies involved were supported by experts in developing measures, especially in the areas of energy efficiency and resource consumption. The project initiators rely on a comprehensive approach that also includes the areas of employee awareness and health management. The participating companies were not only able to increase their profitability, but also actively contribute to corporate environmental and climate protection. The project participants save around 112,910 euros annually through the implemented or planned measures. At the same time, 945,180 kWh of energy are saved and CO2 emissions are reduced by 531,056 kg.
